Book a Trip

  • Check availability and the status of the trip by contacting us by email or phone. Generally we keep the availability updated on the website and only mark a tour full once it’s fully subscribed. It is always possible to be put on a wait list if the tour is marked as full.

  • You can download a Registration and Release form HERE, or we can email you a copy of the Registration and Release form to fill out.  The electronic form can be filled out with Adobe Acrobat and signed and sent to us electronically.
    Complete the Registration and Release form by printing it out, reading it completely, filling it out carefully and being sure to sign it.

  • Mail the form, along with the deposit check of $500.00 per person*, to our mailing address:

    (*For some trips, the deposit amounts are more and possibly non-refundable, we will let you know at the time you sign -up if there are exceptions to the normal deposit.)

  • Final full payment is due 90 days prior to the trip start.
    If you sign up for a trip within 90 days of the trip start, full payment is due at the time of reservation.

  • We accept personal checks and can also receive payments through PAYPAL with a 3 percent fee and Zelle. We do not accept Credit Cards.

  • We highly recommend considering trip insurance with Allianz for any unforeseen problems before or during the trip. Click for their website

  • We will send out more detailed trip information for the specific tour by request or once the registration and release form with a deposit check is received.

  • Please keep in mind that we are often out leading trips so your checks may not cash as quickly as you might expect.

If cancellation is made 90 days or more prior to a trip departure date, a cancellation fee of $200 per person will be charged unless the received deposit is transferred to a new registration for another Solipaso trip that will operate within the next 12 months, in which case the cancellation fee will be waived and the deposit applied to the new trip. If no tour is reserved within the 12 month period the entire deposit will be forfeited. Most tour balances are due 90 days prior to the trip start. If cancellation is made between 90 and 60 days prior to the departure date, the entire deposit amount will be forfeited and the rest of the paid funds will be returned. If cancellation must be made 59-30 days prior to the departure date, 50 percent of the entire trip fee will be forfeited, and 50 percent will be refunded. On a case by case basis, there may a possibility to apply part of these fees to a future Solipaso trip depending on the destination. If cancellation must be made within 30 days of the trip start date, no refund or transfer of fees will be available. Once again, on a case by case basis there may be opportunities for application of some of the funds to a future departure. We highly recommend travel or trip insurance to cover any possible unforeseen medical or family emergencies. Our clients have had good luck with Allianz on several occasions where their services were utilized.
